ฎีกาน่าสนใจ บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า/บารากู่ ต้องห้ามนำเข้าราชอาณาจักรตามประกาศกระทรวง พาณิชย์ พ.ศ.2557 ข้อ 4 ผู้ใดมีไว้เป็นความผิดฐาน ช่วยซ่อนเร้น ช่วยจำหน่าย ช่วยพาเอาไปเสีย ซื้อ หรือรับไว้โดยประการใดซึ่งของอันตนรู้ว่าเป็นของที่เข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรโดยไม่ได้ผ่านศุลกากรโดยถูกต้อง ตาม พรบ.ศุลกากรฯ ม.246 ต้องระวางโทษจําคุก ไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับเป็นเงินสี่เท่าของราคาของซึ่งได้รวมค่าอากรเข้าด้วยแล้วหรือทั้งจําทั้งปรับ ( เทียบฎีกาที่ 1411/64)
